Chicharong Bulaklak is the Best...


Chicharong Bulaklak is the Best.  It is made out of pig's intestine, covered in flour then deep-fried until brown and crispy.  People from Sagada don't usually cook this way.  They prefer to boil it.  But this is something that my ever beautiful grandmother, Lola Celia.  Thank you Lola for this wonderful dish.  Special thanks to John as well.
